? Unstuck AF: A Zen AF Sound Bath
If you’ve been feeling heavy, foggy, emotionally meh, or just a little… stuck—this is for you.

Unstuck AF is a Zen AF–style sound bath designed to gently loosen what winter tightened. Not a dramatic purge. Not a forced breakthrough. Just a slow, supported shift from stagnation into ease.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork (including a calming, lightly spicy Breath of Fcks*) to help your body exhale tension and say a quiet “nope” to whatever it’s been holding onto. From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing textures that encourage movement, clarity, and nervous-system reset—without overwhelm.

This experience is about:

?Releasing stuck energy (physically, mentally, emotionally)
? Clearing the mental clutter and winter heaviness
? Feeling lighter, more present, and more yourself again

You don’t need to figure anything out.
You don’t need to push or try harder.
You just need to show up and lie down.
