Rise & Rise: Shake Off the Sh*t Sound Journey
Winter can leave us feeling heavy, stuck, or carrying things we were never meant to hold onto. This special sound journey is your invitation to wake up your body, clear stagnant energy, and step into the fresh energy of spring.

We’ll begin with a few minutes of guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and reconnect with the body. From there, we’ll move into a lighthearted “shake off the sh*t” meditation — a playful and powerful practice that helps release stress, tension, and emotional buildup through gentle movement and breath.

Once the body has let go of what it’s ready to release, you’ll be invited to settle into deep rest for a relaxing sound bath experience. Allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other soothing instruments to wash over you, helping the mind quiet, the body soften, and the nervous system reset.

You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself — ready to rise into the season ahead.

✨ No experience needed — just come as you are.

Bring anything that helps you feel cozy such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. Mats and props will be set up for you as well.
