This hands-on class is limited to 6 participants to allow for personalized instruction and guidance throughout the day. Designs will be chosen during class and may include deer, horses, deer in pine trees, foxes, bears, and more.

The class will begin with safety instruction and tool practice before moving into platter carving techniques. Participants will also learn basic pyrography (wood burning) to add detail and personalization to their project. Final finishing techniques and styles will be up to each participant.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Includes a one-hour lunch break

Material Cost:
$25 per participant

Up to 6 hours of instruction and carving time

No prior carving experience required. Spaces are limited and registration is required.
