Holding Space: a grief group

Holding Space is a supportive weekly group for individuals navigating any form of loss, including death, life transitions, health changes, relationship endings, and other significant shifts. This group offers a steady, compassionate environment where
participants can share their experiences, speak honestly about what feels heavy, and connect with others who understand the weight of grief. Meetings focus on mutual support, meaningful discussion, and practical regulation skills to help members manage the emotional and physical impact of loss while honoring their own pace of healing. The group meets every Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. and runs for 90 minutes.
