Medicine plants are all around us, many carrying common names that hint at their healing gifts. Plants like Knit Bone (Comfrey), Nature’s Band-Aid (Plantain), Wound Wort (Yarrow), and Lungs of the Forest (Usnea) have long been used to support the body through injury, illness, and recovery.
Together, we’ll explore how to recognize, prepare, and use regionally native and commonly cultivated medicinal plants with care and intention, building confidence to support ourselves, our families, and our communities. Come ready to deepen your relationship with Nature’s Medicine Cabinet and learn how to transform plant allies into practical, accessible remedies. This workshop is designed for beginners and seasoned plant lovers alike — all are welcome.
