🚨Calling all Forest City Parents, Athletes, and Coaches!🚨

Forest City Schools and Athletico are excited to collaborate and bring in guest speaker Ellen Davis from The Perfomance Collective! Ellen is a registered dietitian who specializes in performance nutrition and is bringing her expertise to help educate about proper fueling and create a positive fueling culture for our athletes.

Please join us on Wednesday, March 25th from 5-6p in the high school gym. This event is open to all 5-12 athletes, parents, and coaches.
