Join us on Saturday, October 10th from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM for an afternoon of fall fun at Shady Oak Farm. Our 2nd Annual GoatOberfest will be filled with family-friendly games and activities, cozy fall vibes, delicious treats, and plenty of opportunities to spend time with our goats.
And yes... we're bringing back our crowd-favorite GOAT RACES! Watch our goats race down the track dressed in adorable costumes as they compete for glory, laughs, and bragging rights. The races were a huge hit last year, and we can't wait to see this year's lineup of speedy (or not-so-speedy) competitors.
Enjoy seasonal treats from local vendors, visit our cider bar, browse goat milk soaps and farm-made goodies, shop from local artisans, and capture some unforgettable fall photos with our goats and festive farm scenery.

Whether you're a longtime friend of the farm or visiting for the first time, GoatOberfest is the perfect way to celebrate the season with family and friends.
Admission is by free will donation, with proceeds benefiting our Barn Fund as we continue working to restore and preserve our historic barn.

A Few Notes for Our Visitors 🐐🍂
🚗 Driveway Safety
Our farm has a long driveway, and visibility is limited. Please drive slowly, stay to the right, and watch carefully for oncoming traffic.
🅿️ Parking
Parking will be in the grass along the driveway and near the barn and house. We'll have volunteers helping direct traffic, but please park thoughtfully to leave room for everyone.
👟 Footwear
This is a working farm. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for uneven ground, farm conditions, and occasional goat shenanigans.
🐶 Pets
Please leave pets at home. Our goats and livestock guardian dogs appreciate it!
👧 Children
Children must be supervised by an adult while visiting the farm and interacting with animals.
