The Full Moon is the peak of the lunar cycle. The energies build up to this event and allow a connection to release the old, to release negative patterns, toxic thoughts, and habits. A time to let go of lower energies like guilt, fear, disappointment, etc… The energy of the Full Moon provides time for forgiveness and inner work for healing, shifting and shedding.

The Moon will reach fullness at 11:11 PM (CT) on Sunday, October 2026. The energy of this moon falls in Taurus and brings awareness to second chances.  With the other influences during this time, hidden issues may be unearthed especially for those related to control, power, deep fears, love or abundance.
This earthy energy invites you to pause and breathe in the steady nurturing presence that allows the dreams and desires to be anchored. This is also a great time to create space for the intention of home and health. Being intentional during this expansive time brings a power up of the big lunar energy that can be directed towards your success.

The October moon is known as the Hunter's moon and casts the light for hunters preparing for the colder months. It encourages discernment, alignment with clear purpose and planning. 

This meditation will focus on relaxation, balance and integration through breath, crystals and sound. Sound bowls will be a part of this experience and energy healing through Reiki is always provided to those in our sacred space.
