Small teachings how meditation can help with school, relationships and conflict 3 Micro-Tools for Everyday Pause The 2-Minute Brain Dump: A quick exercise to release mental noise and "clear the slate". The 2-Minute Thank-You: A gratitude exercise designed to immediately shift your inner landscape. Thought Visualization: A visualization practice where you learn to watch thoughts move like "writing in the sand," practicing observational awareness. The "Big Tool" for Home: Somatic Awareness and Mindfulness Each week, we learn a larger somatic tool—that your family can implement at home. These tools show you how to calm your nervous system through presence rather than control, allowing you to turn your home into a sanctuary even when the outside world feels chaotic. We close each session with 20 minutes of crystal singing bowls, allowing the sound to settle your thoughts and open your hearts.
