Creativity is more than something we do, it is one of the ways we reconnect with ourselves.



Each month, we gather to explore the intersection of mindfulness, emotional well-being, and creative expression through a unique themed experience. Together, we'll slow down, tune inward, and engage in guided meditation, self-reflection, and a hands-on creative practice designed to help you gain fresh perspective, process emotions, and reconnect with your innate creativity.

These gatherings are not about making perfect art, but rather they are about creating space for awareness, honoring your inner experience, and discovering how the creative process can become a catalyst for healing, insight, and personal transformation.

Whether you consider yourself artistic or not, you are welcome here. 

No artistic experience is needed. 

Simply bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.

At Each Session I create an ambience that reflects meditative energy and promotes self expression.

We begin with a short guided sound and breath meditation, to help our mind loosen the grip and to allow our body and heart to open up and explore what wants to be expressed in the class.

Then I introduce the intentional prompts and give a framework for the creative tool

There is atmospheric music in the background to promote a creative vibe and at the end we can share what we created.

Themes may include mindful manifestation, meditative doodling, blindfolded drawing, unmasking your inner critic, self-love creations, "Let That Sh*t Go" release projects, intuitive painting, vision mapping, seasonal reflections, and other creative explorations that invite you to see yourself through a new lens.

Using a variety of creative materials such as paints, markers, colored pencils, watercolor, collage, canvas, wood, paper, and other unique surfaces, each experience encourages curiosity over perfection and process over performance. Every project is intentionally designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself while discovering the insight that can emerge through creating.



This month, we’ll explore Drawing Outside the Lines, a playful and intuitive creative experience designed to awaken your imagination and help you reconnect with your inner guidance.

Starting with colorful abstract blotches, your invitation is to discover what emerges. Using pens, markers, Zentangle-inspired patterns, doodling, line work, or any creative approach that feels natural, you'll transform these unexpected shapes and colors into something uniquely your own.

This experience invites you to slow down, tune into your intuition, think outside the box, and explore the possibilities that appear when you stop searching for the “right” way to create and allow curiosity to lead.

Through this process, we’ll explore how creativity can become a mirror for life itself. Sometimes we aren't given a blank canvas. Sometimes we are invited to work with what already exists and discover the beauty, meaning, and potential hidden within it.
