About the event

Cathedral Concert
The South Shore Chamber Singers, under the direction of Cory Schneider, will perform a concert in the historic St. Paul's Cathedral in Fond du Lac. The Chamber Singers is an auditioned ensemble of 34 singers taken from the larger 180 Chorale. Joining the Chamber Singers will be Dr. David Heller, organist from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Heller is a Fond du Lac native and an internationally recognized organist.

The first half of the concert will feature The Seven Last Words of Christ by Theodore Dubois. Joining the Chorale and Dr. Heller will be harpist Mary Keppeler and timpanist Scott Elford. The second half of the concert will feature a wide variety of sacred and secular choral works including Let My Love Be Heard by Jake Runestad and How Great Thou Art by Eric Nelson.
