Spaghetti with Shrimp, Zucchini, and Lemon Pesto with Carmela

A fresh and aromatic pasta dish combining tender shrimp and zucchini with spaghetti, all coated in a vibrant lemon pesto that brings bright, citrusy flavor to every bite.  During the class, we will prepare a sauté with olive oil and garlic, cook fresh zucchini and shrimp, and make a flavorful and colorful lemon–zucchini pesto.  Spaghetti will be cooked al dente and tossed in a bright and creamy mix of shrimp, zucchini, basil and lemon.
