Meditation Workshop with the Monks of Gaden Shartse Monastery - Folsom Location

In this workshop with the Lama you will learn the foundations of Tibetan Buddhist meditation to help you start a new practice, or enrich your existing practice.

Tickets sell out quickly, and are limited for this small group training. Tickets must be purchased in advance to reserve your seat.

This event is part of the Sacred Earth & Healing Arts of Tibet Tour offered by the Tibetian Buddhist Monks of Gaden Shartse Monastic University.
