Settle into winter’s stillness and honor the longest night with a slow, nourishing yin practice guided by Kate, while waves of live sound—created by Melissa with crystal and Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, and gentle textures—ripple through the room, softening edges and inviting deep rest. We’ll breathe, unwind, release what’s heavy, and kindle quiet intentions for the returning light.
This cozy community gathering is open to all levels. Please bring a mat, a warm layer or blanket, and any props that help you feel held.
