We’ll prepare you for two iconic races: the Way Too Cool 10-Miler in March and/or the American River 25-Miler in April. With expert coaching, a supportive community, and beautiful local trails, this is your chance to start or elevate your trail running journey.

Athletes from both training programs will train side by side in order to share in the experience, community, and camaraderie that comes with doing hard things together!

Workouts are Sundays 7:30am, Wednesdays at 6pm, and Thursday strength training at 6pm in the Folsom and Auburn areas.
