4:00 PM – 4:20 PM | Check-In
Welcome! Upon arrival, please check in your entire group. Each attendee will receive:

A wristband for event access

4:20 PM | Welcome and Introductions

4:30 PM - 4:40 PM | E.D. White "Symphony at Sunset" Performance.
In honor of the Global Wildlife Center’s 35th Anniversary, the award-winning E.D. White Catholic High School Indoor Percussion ensemble will perform, “Our Story.”

This cinematic experience invites you on an emotional journey through the origins of a dream—from Global Wildlife Center's founding 35 years ago to a rhythmic exploration of how music and the wild are deeply connected. “Our Story” is a heartfelt narrative of legacy, passion, and purpose.

Bringing the Story to Life
E.D. White Indoor Percussion ensemble recently conducted a unique on-site Music Experiment, performing movements from this year’s production for the sanctuary’s giraffes and deer. The results were truly magical—proving the powerful bond between music and nature. That same authentic energy now comes alive on the performance floor. Featuring breathtaking, life-sized animal props—including giraffes, Watusi, and deer—this immersive show blends elite musicianship with theatrical storytelling, capturing the true spirit of the safari.

4:50 PM | First Sunset Safari Wagon Tour Boarding Begins
Get ready to embark on a magical journey through the grounds on our Sunset Safari Wagon Tour.

Boarding for the tour will begin at 4:50 PM and depart promptly at 5:00pm.
The tour will return at approximately 6:00 PM.

5:10 PM | Second Sunset Safari Wagon Tour Boarding Begins
Boarding for the tour will begin at 5:10 PM and depart promptly at 5:20pm.
The tour will return at approximately 6:20 PM.

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Post-Tour Mingling and Light bites by Boss Hogs Food Truck
After your tour, we invite you to relax, mingle with fellow guests, and soak in the evening ambiance. Enjoy delicious light bites available during this time. Simply redeem the meal voucher you received at check-in. It’s the perfect way to savor the night and connect with fellow guests!

7:30 PM | Event Concludes

Join us for an unforgettable evening where the "heartbeat of the land" meets the rhythm of championship percussion. In honor of the Global Wildlife Center’s 35th Anniversary, the award-winning E.D. White Catholic High School Indoor Percussion ensemble will perform their entire 2026 production, "Our Story," live on-site at the sanctuary.

The Experience: The Sunset Wagon Tour
Immediately following the performance, guests will embark on Global Wildlife’s premier Sunset Wagon Tour. As the golden hour bathes the 900-acre preserve, you will journey through herds of thousands of exotic animals. It is the ultimate way to experience the beauty of the sanctuary that inspired this year's musical production.

Delicious Dining – Enjoy light bites provided by Boss Hogs Kitchen starting at 6:30 PM!
