What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and embrace peace and self-acceptance. With the resonant tones of the monochord, crystal bowls, gong, and other soothing instruments, this session will create a safe and nurturing space where you can:

This experience is perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation, inner clarity, and a gentle return to the heart.
What to Expect:
- Lie down comfortably as soothing sounds guide you inward.
- Enjoy a calming environment for deep rest, reflection, and heart-centered healing.
- Take time to quietly process and integrate your experience after the session.
What to Bring:
✔ A yoga mat, Or a blow-up camper mattress, blankets, pillows—anything cozy!
✔ Extra layers to stay warm.
✔ A water bottle to stay hydrated.
Important Information:
While sound healing is beneficial for most people, it may not be suitable for everyone. Please ensure you're medically fit to attend.
Contraindications include:
- Severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis).
- Sound/light-triggered epilepsy.
- Pacemakers or other sensitive medical implants.
- First trimester of pregnancy.
- History of sound sensitivity causing anxiety or distress.
If you have concerns, consult your healthcare provider before booking.
By Paying on the day you are confirming you are medically cleared to participate.
Accessibility: The hall is wheelchair-accessible via Undercliff Road, with drop-off points nearby. Parking is available at Sandgate Castle Road Car Park (3-min walk) or Wilberforce Road Car Park (6-min walk).
Limited high street parking may also be available.
