This unique event is designed to help you unwind refresh and explore your artistic side in a supportive and nurturing environment. Date and Time: Sunday 27th October 10:30 am - 12:30 pm Location: Kollectiv 69 The Old High St Folkestone CT20 1RNWhat to Expect:60-Minute Sound Bath: we will begin with simple breathwork and meditation that will encourage tapping into your creative self and visualisation followed by a deeply calming sound bath where you'll be 'bathed' in sounds produced by crystal singing bowls and chimes. This immersive experience will help you release stress, calm your mind and connect with your inner self.60-Minute Creative Expression Session: After the sound bath let your creativity flow freely! Engage in creative activities including painting and drawing with support, encouragement and guidance as required.       You may benefit from some previous drawing/painting experience but beginners are welcome.  Herbal tea will be served after the sound bath to help you ground. Why Attend?Relaxation and Stress Relief: Melt away tension and find peace in the gentle sounds of the sound bath.Self-Discovery: Connect with your inner artist and express your feelings thoughts and emotions in a supportive space.Community: Meet like-minded individuals and share in a collective journey of healing and creativity.What to Bring:A yoga mat/blanket/ pillow- anything you might need for comfort during the sound bath.
