Rest & Reset - Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop

Take a deep breath and gift yourself an evening of deep true rest and renewal. This 2-hour monthly workshop includes gentle journaling, restorative yoga postures supported by props, and a deeply calming Yoga Nidra meditation — all designed to soothe your nervous system and restore balance.
