Our club members will be hosting and marshalling the morning event, as well as introducing running pacers from 18 minutes all the way up to 40 minute 5k times.

? This is your opportunity to hit a pace you have been aiming for with the added twist of being accompanied by someone cheering you along the entire way.

This is just the same as any other parkrun event – usual time, usual tokens and all still FREE!

Just turn up before 9am, find one of our friendly members and see if you can finally hit that parkrun PB ?
