Folkestone Songwriting Festival and Sing Folk invite you to a day of creating, learning and performing new folk songs led by composer and performer Anna Braithwaite & songwriter and musician Lorraine Lucas.

2.30pm – 3.30pm Songwriting Workshop

4.00pm – 5.00pm Unaccompanied Folk Singing - learn the new song to perform at the evening Sing Folk session. No booking necessary.

7.00pm – 9.00pm Evening Performance of songs at the monthly 'Sing Folk' singaround session. No booking necessary.

The workshops take place at the Music Workshop, 1B Town Walk, Folkestone, CT20 2AD

The evening performance is at the Mariner, 16 The Stade, Folkestone, CT19 6AB

All events are free (donations welcome) and suitable for all ages – families are welcome.
