**Sponsor's Balloon Flights (occurring at dawn for the community to view) and evening Balloon Glows (occurring at dusk/sunset on the festival grounds) are ALL weather-dependent and will only occur when conditions allow.  The safety of our crews/pilots/guests are top priority.**
