Join Courtney Barber and Cathy for a creative evening of herbal learning, crafting, and community!

🌿 Courtney Barber, a naturopathic doctor student and holistic wellness educator, will guide you through the world of herbs and help you learn how to thoughtfully choose ingredients to create your own custom herbal tea blend.

🧵 Cathy, an artsy, craftsy, do-it-all seamstress, will share her sewing skills and guide you in creating your own reusable tea bag — no sewing experience required!

Together, we’ll enjoy a fun, hands-on experience where you will:
✨ Learn about herbs and herbal tea blending
✨ Sew your own reusable tea bag
✨ Create your own Complimentary  personalized herbal tea blend 
✨ Connect with others who enjoy creativity, natural living, and community

Perfect for all ages and all skill levels! 

Whether you love crafting, are new to sewing, enjoy blending teas, or simply want to gather with like-minded people — this evening is for you.
