A gentle, calming meditation designed to quiet the mind and create space within.
In this experience, you’ll be guided to visualize a peaceful stream, where each thought, worry, or distraction is placed onto a floating leaf and released with ease.

To deepen the experience, each guest will receive a real leaf and a small bowl of water. During the meditation, you’ll be invited to set a personal intention—something you’re ready to release or gently let go of—and place it onto your leaf. As your leaf touches the water, it becomes a symbolic act of surrender, allowing what no longer serves you to drift away.
This practice helps you step out of overthinking and into a state of soft awareness—creating calm, clarity, and emotional lightness.

We have 12 meditation cushions available or bring your own yoga mat and blanket. Punch cards not accepted.
