Come join with other men along a journey to a more present, joyful, and balanced way of being.

Commute, camp, or stay at Anahata Retreat Center, share meals, participate in sacred breath work,
swim in the river, share time with other men like you who seek a life of balance, and presence.

When: June 26 – 28, 2026 

Anahata Retreat Center, Floyd VA

Arrive Friday afternoon in time to set up. 
Dinner at 6. Opening ceremony following.
Depart Sunday. Closing ceremony after lunch on Sunday.

Costs and Work-Trade Scholarships
Commute: $300 Camp: $350
Shared Room and Bath: $400 Private room / Shared Bath: $450 Private Room Private Bath: $500
