Sacred Center Belly Dance with Leia

Enliven Your Center of Power with Ancient Healing Movements on Monday evenings!

This six-week series will celebrate the natural sensuality and radiance that resides within. The Practice will weave the powerful elements of belly dance with gentle yoga and movement meditation.

Each class will be 1.5 hours (6pm-7:30pm)
This series is sliding scale $60-$88 / drop in $15

The teacher, Leia Jones is a natural-born dancer who followed her passion and received her bachelor's in dance from Hollins University. As well as being a mother of three, Leia is a bodyworker, and well-loved Yoga guide helping people live into greater well-being. Come benefit from her joyful and powerful approach as an instructor as we dive into our own healing movement practice.
