Do you want to deeply and intimately connect with others to be seen and heard? Yes? This retreat is for you! This retreat is similar to my past forgiveness retreats but with more intentional fun, laughter, movement and conscious touch! In this retreat you will experience: -Validation, empathy, active listening. Be seen, heard and mirrored by others using compassionate communication (nonviolent communication). -Simple tools to practice self forgiveness-which is letting go of false meaning -Movement and voice activity with music to express and discharge beliefs and emotions -A Laughter practice and play time -Conscious, therapeutic, loving touch practice with others, or with yourself -A safe, inclusive and cozy space with a trauma-informed therapist and coach -A combo of individual, partner and group activities -Universal, Unconditional love -Trusting intuition and inner guidance -Ages 16 and older (minors accompanied by an adult) Bring: Journal Water bottle Your willingness! Her mission is to forgive and unconditionally love herself, everyone and everything, by letting go of the meaning of things, and help others do the same. She is a licensed mental health therapist, intuitive spiritual coach, speaker, retreat facilitator and ACIM Teacher/Minister. She’s been passionately practicing mental health therapy, spiritual coaching and teaching for the past 14 years. Kel incorporates a unique blend of therapeutic trauma-informed nonviolent communication, Nonduality (Buddhism, A Course in Miracles, universal spirituality) internal family systems, somatic practice, mindfulness practice and radical forgiveness to help others let go of what no longer serves them in order to live in true peace, joy and freedom. She is passionate about teaching forgiveness and unconditional love to anyone willing!
