The competition was open only to students living or attending school in Flower Mound, and two current students of Flower Mound High School were chosen:

Sophomore Benjamin Beshay will play C. M. Weber's Andante & Hungarian Rondo for Viola, and Senior Atlas Otahal-Mechura will perform the first movement of Eduaordo Lalo's Symphony Espagnole.

The program will begin with Rachmaninoff's Scherzo in D, and conclude with Beethoven's Symphony No. 2.

The concert is free and open to all (donations are welcome), and seating is first-come, first-served.
