About the event

Emergency Preparedness and Hand-On CPR With the Red Cross
Learn how you can prepare for local natural disasters in your community, including earthquakes, fires, hurricanes, and tornadoes. This program also includes a 30 minute hands-on only training technique of CPR. Participants will learn how to check for consciousness, when to call 911 and how to give continuous chest compressions. Please note that you will not receive CPR certification at the end of this program.
