The sound will hold you while you release, reset, and realign so you can leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in yourself. This is a space for Black folks to feel safe to rest, soften, and be cared for without having to carry anything extra.I’m really excited to have Netty’s Juicery joining us for this one. After the soundbath, you’ll get to enjoy fresh, cold-pressed juice to gently bring you back and nourish your body, made from fresh fruits and vegetables to give you that extra boost from the inside out.It’s going to be a whole moment, rest, reset, and something fresh to carry with you.A soundbath is a deeply restorative experience where sound and vibration gently guide the body into rest. As you lie comfortably, tones from singing bowls and other instruments support the nervous system, helping release built-up tension and quiet the constant noise of the mind. There is nothing you need to fix, solve, or perform, this time is simply for you to receive.This experience is especially meaningful for Black people because rest has not always been accessible, encouraged or protected. Many of us carry stress in our bodies that didn’t start with us. The pressure to keep going, to be strong, to hold everything together. This space is an intentional pause from that weight.
