Rhythm & Rosé: October Edition
Be prepared to move, tone and sweat. A blend of dance and full-body strength training – you’ll get a great cardio workout and hit every muscle. We like to say it’s 50% cardio, 40% tone, 10% stretch and 100% #goodvibesonly!
Class will be taught by Dancebox faculty, Mariya Pickett. Bring your yoga mat and a towel. After the class, enjoy a complimentary glass of Rosé and stay for an exclusive brunch at 10% off with discounted drinks in Élevage.
