February Runner's Bootcamp
Commit to being a stronger, faster and more fit runner with these 3 dates in February. New recruits welcome. Runner Drills and specific interval type stations to increase agility, strength and speed. 2 Tuesdays and one Wednesday Tues 2/5, Wed 2/13 and Tues 2/26.
Need 8 to commit. Meet right before 5am - bring water, towel and workout gloves (optional) . One the first week bring a check or cash to cover the series $21 and come early enough to sign a waiver.
