You're invited to attend the Pretty Fit Chicks Body Boot Camp hosted by Pretty Fit Chick Founder Yolanda Jack!
Body Boot Camp Fitness Training class focuses on toning the muscles in your body. If your goal is to have a fit tone body it’s important to have total body conditioning involving body weight and high repetition. This class is a full-body, high energy exercise workout that is suitable for first-timers, beginners, and advanced exercise enthusiasts!
Bring water, yoga mat, and a friend (optional but suggested)! Everything else will be provided.

Yolanda started Pretty Fit Chicks as a movement for women in Los Angeles California. Her workouts are described as fun and functional! She expanded Pretty Fit Chicks to Miami FL in 2017, and continues to grow her business helping women achieve their fitness goals through group and individual training sessions, personal assessments, cross-training approaches, and periodization techniques.
