Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the Complex. Please remember that there are no cloakrooms at the site.
Flash photography, tripods, filming equipment, food, and drinks are not permitted inside the Cathedral.
Pets (except service animals) are also prohibited.
Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to climb the Dome or the Bell Tower. Those between the age of 7-14 must be accompanied by an adult.
The ticket fee is only for the audio guide, since Cathedral entry is free.
The Cathedral is open to visitors from Monday to Saturday, 10:15am to 3:45pm. It remains closed on Sundays and during religious celebrations.
Entry is subject to a security check and dress code compliance (knees and shoulders must be covered. Sleeveless tops, short, and other revealing clothing are forbidden).

The complex’s staircases are narrow and steep, expect a physically demanding climb.
