Storytelling For Resilience’’ Workshop 10-11:30 am Friday, May 23rd* at the Bridgeport Market

Stories connect us to each other. Stories inform us, educate us, entertain us, and shape us as human beings. Rev. Dr. Jennifer Yocum wrote her dissertation on the practice of Storytelling to help people cross cultural divides. Her purpose in leading Storytelling workshops is to help people "tell better stories better."


Dr. Yocum says, "I love telling and hearing stories that help people feel inspired, empowered, and invigorated." In this workshop, you'll learn and apply storytelling techniques that will make your stories more impactful. "Our stories are gifts," Dr. Yocum says. "Let's use them to light up the world.”
