Each gathering includes:
✔️ A brief topic on caregiver wellness or mental health
 ✔️ Open, supportive group conversation
 ✔️ Connections with other caregivers who understand your journey

 🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
 📆 When: Every 2nd Wednesday of the month
 💬 Free and open to all caregivers. No registration required. Just show up!
