Rhody Run

Mark your calendars and lace up your shoes for the 47th Annual Rhody Run, returning this spring as a signature event of the Rhododendron Festival! Start your festival weekend with a high-energy morning of fitness, fun, and community connection at the Florence Events Center.

Participants can choose a 5K Run/Walk or a 10K Run, making this event a great fit for runners, walkers, families, and anyone who wants to be part of a long-standing Florence tradition. Enjoy scenic routes through town as Florence comes alive with blooming rhododendrons, cheering spectators, and festival excitement.

Whether you’re chasing a personal best or enjoying the atmosphere, the Rhody Run brings together locals and visitors in the spirit of healthy living and community pride. Best of all, proceeds benefit Florence Habitat for Humanity, supporting safe, affordable housing and stronger neighborhoods right here in Florence.
