While the proposed dump site is nearest Florala and Lockhart, the pipeline will run from Northern Alabama south through Covington County. Citizens along the pipeline path will be facing eminent domain claims to allow for the pipeline to run across their property. This impacts a large portion of Covington County and landowners throughout AL. Failures of the pipeline and/or 44 dump sites could impact the water quality in Northern FL. Residents from all of these locations are invited to attend. 

Alabama Representative Matthew Hammett is scheduled to be in attendance. 

There will not be official representation from the executives of Reliant and Rayonier at this time, but Reliant Representatives are anticipated to attend future Town Halls.
