The sound vibrations from crystal bowls and other healing instruments assist the body to unwind the nervous system and find relief from daily stressors, shifting brainwave states to those associated with sleep, recovery, healing, and deep relaxation. Sound healing is gentle and safe for everyone and can help relieve pain, stress. anxiety, promote sleep and even soothe uncomfort. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, blanket and eye covering.
