This is a “Super Limited Series” that features their Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts.
1st Course: Elk Meatballs
Stuffed with Manchego, over wilted spinach, topped with Parmesan Mornay Sauce

2nd Course- 2 Way Pheasant Salad-
Brined Pheasant Breast, Crispy Thigh Rillette, Candied Pecans, dried cranberries, Honeycrisp apples, shaved fennel, Creamy citrus dressing

3rd Course- Wild Boar Rack
Potatoes Anna, asparagus, maitake mushroom, Smoked Grain Mustard Demi Glace
