Slow Flow Yoga

This gentle and meditative yoga session is designed to help you find balance, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of mindful movements and breathwork that promote relaxation and self-awareness.

This is the perfect opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and start your weekend with a sense of peace and calm. All levels are welcome. Mats and props are provided.
