Ever thought roller derby looked fun but felt unsure where to start? Whether you've never played a sport, haven't been active in a while, or just want to be part of something exciting and welcoming—this event is for YOU!

Flint Roller Derby is hosting a low-pressure, high-fun recruitment night designed especially for folks who are curious about derby but not necessarily ready to dive into intense competition.

We’re looking for:
• Casual skaters who want to learn and grow at their own pace
• Non-skating officials (NSOs) who help make the magic happen behind the scenes
• Volunteers who want to be part of a vibrant, inclusive community

No gear? No problem. No experience? Even better. We’ll introduce you to the sport, the people, and the many ways you can get involved—on or off skates.

Come hang out, ask questions, meet the team, and see what makes Flint Roller Derby feel like family.

All genders, backgrounds, and body types are welcome.
