Transition into a gentle cool down supported by props, allowing your body to release tension and your mind to find stillness.

Conclude by settling into a meditative space where you can reflect on your intentions for the upcoming year, envisioning your aspirations and cultivating a mindset of abundance and gratitude as you embark on this new journey ahead.
