Simplify your Life with Lancashire Adult Learning - a FREE 2 week course

This 2 week course starting Tuesday 25 November is delivered by Lancashire Adult Learning.

We live in a society overflowing with possessions, opportunities and options, which can often lead to ‘decision fatigue’ and anxiety. This course will show you how to escape the mess stress by reducing and eliminating the excess baggage-both online and offline- leading to a less cluttered, more serene and focused life.

This event is free to all adults over 19.
