Okay everyone, after all the love and support you guys have given over the last 6 weeks, it's time for me to help out a very dear friend! Kenianne got struck with news any mother would never want to hear a few months back and found out her amazing son, Davanta, had been diagnosed with Sarcoma Cancer. Davanta, given having autism, is one of the strongest and funniest kids I've ever met! I've had the pleasure to know this kid for years watching him grow into an amazing young man, he has a heart of gold and nothing(even 2 full leg cast) would get in his way until now. Now cancer has taken away Prom, Graduation, and his whole summer of fun. Something that the doctors kept saying was a "Charlie horse" has now turned into a whole new world. 

Between hospital stays, chemo, radiation,  and everything else along the way, bill are heavily adding up. Along with that, insurance is giving her a hard time with coverage. Kenianne is a single mom who works her butt off to support her family and to help everyone around her and it's time the community comes together again! 

I have partnered up with the amazing owner of Elevation Beauty Studio, Krissi, to host a shave away cancer event on Monday, June 29th at the Walnuttown Fire Company social hall(stone lot/brick building side) from 3-7pm. This is an open event and 100% of the money raised will go to help Kenianne with food, fuel, bills, etc. It will be a minimum $10 donation(but any amount is welcome) to shave your head in honor of Davanta. 

Remember, hair can grow back, but all the things he will be missing will not. Let's help show this young man how much love and support he has! Hope to see you all there!
