As the wheel of the year turns, Beltane (1st May) marks the vibrant midpoint between the spring equinox and the summer solstice - a time of warmth, awakening and rising energy.

Inspired by this seasonal shift, this gentle evening is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and tune into your senses.

Join Emma from The Chilly Collective and Jenn from Blue Bear Holistics for a nourishing two hour session, designed to help you step out of your busy mind and back into the quiet wisdom of your body.

Through breath, scent and seasonal ritual, we’ll explore what it feels like to move through the world more intuitively and more connected to ourselves.

What to Expect:

A 2-hour restorative session held at Mother Nurtured Doula’s beautiful studio at Marsh Mill in Thornton, where we’ll sink into softness and intention together.


Your evening will include:

✨ A guided meditation and gentle breathwork to help settle your nervous system and bring awareness back into the body.

✨ A warming cup of cacao, served alongside delicious nourishing treats.

✨ A Scent Alchemy session where you’ll explore essential oils through instinct rather than labels. By simply noticing your body's natural responses to scent, you'll create a personalised essential oil blend to support you through the months ahead.

✨ A curated goodie bag to continue your awakening at home
