Ready to honor practices that ripen us slowly? Rituals that nourish the body, soften the armor, and teach us how to stay. Longevity Yoga is one of those practices. After nearly twenty years of exploring the vast terrain of yoga traditions, Thr33 has distilled their path into the Kaiut Yoga Method: a grounded, intelligent system designed to support real bodies across a lifetime.

This training is a practice-centered immersion, offering 4+ hours of daily embodied exploration supported by soulful lectures and open-hearted discussion. Together, we’ll move through the science and spirit of sustainable mobility, learning how to care for joints, fascia, and the nervous system with curiosity and devotion. Each participant will leave with twenty carefully crafted sequences to support a lifelong home practice.
