Compassion Ceremony & Sound Bath

A gentle, heart-centered gathering focused on compassion, care, and connection. The ceremony includes a simple, optional shared action—participants are always welcome to observe, rest, or engage in whatever way feels right.
The evening concludes with a deeply relaxing sound bath using to support rest and nervous system regulation. No experience needed.
