Every year Buddhist Monk Bhante Sujatha travels the world sharing the teachings of the Buddha, the value in practical applications of mindfulness to everyday life, and the message of loving-kindness.
Despite traveling the world more than 200 days each year, and having now spent more time abroad than in his home land, Bhante Sujatha has never forgotten his roots in Sri Lanka.
Join Bhante for an a meditation on joy, fellowship, insight, and intention as you practice mindfulness meditation and participate in an active discussion on the teachings of the Buddha and how to apply them in the modern world.
This is the perfect opportunity to remember that by nurturing yourself, you nurture the world. We hope you will take advantage of this unique opportunity to do just that!
