We’ll kick off the day with an all-levels feel-good beach yoga class. This class will focus on gentle movements, mindful breathing, and enjoying sun’s warm rays as we stretch and flow together on the soft sands. The sound of the waves crashing in the background will enhance our practice, creating a serene atmosphere that encourages relaxation and inner peace. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this class is designed to help you connect with your body and mind in a beautiful setting.

After yoga, if you’re feeling up to it, we invite you to join us for lunch, where we can unwind, share stories, and enjoy delicious food in the company of great friends. This post-yoga meal is an opportunity to savor the flavors of the area, to meet new locals, and cultivate new friendships. 
The specific restaurant will be determined together after class!

✨ Whether you decide to come solo  or bring along your favorite ladies for a day of fun, we encourage you to embrace this opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and create lasting memories with like-minded women.

? As you prepare for our day at the beach, please remember to bring along plenty of water to stay hydrated, a beach towel or mat for your yoga practice, and any extra clothes you might want to change into before we head to lunch. 

? We will meet in the parking lot next to The Anchor Resturant. You can choose to park there or find a spot on the street nearby. 
Arriving a little early is encouraged, as it gives you time to settle in before we begin our activities.
